SAP Automation SME (Tosca)Requirement: 3 Sr.Con and 2 ConPlease find the JD for SAP Automation SME (Tosca)Location:ChennaiExp: 4 to 10 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 10 days.Program SAP Automation SMERole Description:Hands on Tosca on SAP Test AutomationAble to customise tool for requirements of clientGood knowledge on scripting and script migrationCollaborate closely with project managers, development teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to align testing activities with program goals and priorities.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication, and extensive experience in testing methodologies and SAP platforms are essential for this role.Previous experience in program test management or a similar leadership position is requiredKnowledge and experience of managing delivery of all components of testing Strategy, Approach, Planning, Scripting, Execution and Defect ManagementExperience of managing delivery of all phases of testing (functional, performance, automation and regression)Should have experience with implementation project.Oversee the testing activities and strategies across multiple workstreams within a program related to SAP applications.Defining the overall testing approach, creating test plans, setting quality standards, and coordinating testing efforts across various project teams.Responsible for resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of testing tools and frameworks, and monitoring progress to meet program objectives and deadlinesAble to clearly articulate risks & support in issue resolutionEffectively communicate testing status & progress with senior stakeholdersStrong communication skills.Familiar with Management tools Azure/ALM/Focused Build/Solman/JIRA.
